Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator

At Advanced Sports & Family Chiropractic & Acupuncture, an excellent patient experience begins at the front desk. We’re looking for friendly, organized, dependable people who enjoy helping others and keeping a busy office running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll welcome patients, coordinate appointments, answer calls, assist with paperwork and payments, and communicate closely with the clinical team. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.

If you’re a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a warm, professional approach, we’d love to meet you. Customer service or healthcare office experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
