“I am 77 years old and did NOT want spinal surgery! My “issue” is L-4&5 which made it difficult to stand (ie, cooking) for more than 10 minutes at a time. I tried PT, exercise classes, and epidural injections. They put me on a decompression machine at PT. I told them it helped but they never put me back on it!
