Demonstrating the Chest Stretch on a Wall or Pectoral Muscle Stretch, this exercise stretches your pectoral muscles that are found on the front of your chest.
Step One: Stand near the corner of a wall. Place arm on wall so that it is in line with your shoulder, and bend elbow to 90 degrees.
Step Two: Lean forward with your body and turn slightly away from your arm until a comfortable stretch is felt in your chest.
Step Three: Hold the stretch for the 8-10 seconds, relax, and then repeat using the other arm.
