Meet Dr. Kolt Newell of ASFCA Olathe.

Growing up in northwestern Kansas in the quaint town of Damar. During his childhood and throughout his adolescence, Dr. Kolt was raised with a love for sports, participating in football, basketball, and track while attending Plainville High School. His passion for athletics and an active lifestyle led to an unfortunate lifting accident; it was during this time that Dr. Newell discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care when he sought relief and treatment for his injury.

After graduating from Plainville High School, Dr. Newell pursued his passion for health and human performance, earning a degree in the field with a minor in biology. Throughout his college years at FHSU, he excelled as a student-athlete both academically and competitively. During his time at FHSU, Dr. Kolt competed in the high jump, where he again was able to experience firsthand the benefits of chiropractic care as he utilized it to recover quickly from injuries and enhance performance.

Motivated by his journey through athletics and the influence chiropractic care has had on his life, Dr. Newell decided to embark on a career in chiropractic.

After graduating from FHSU Dr. Newell relocated to Overland Park, Kansas, to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Cleveland University – Kansas City. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Newell cherishes the free time he spends with his growing family. As a chiropractor and a family person, Dr. Kolt understands the importance of holistic well-being. Dr. Newell and his family are avid enthusiasts of outdoor activities and sports.

Whether it’s hiking, biking, or enjoying a weekend game together, they believe in the positive impact of an active and healthy lifestyle.

In addition to his commitment to family and chiropractic care, Dr. Newell actively volunteers for local track clubs, where he lends his expertise to help coach the high jump. Giving back to the community and fostering the growth of aspiring athletes is a testament to his dedication to the chiropractic profession and the local sports community.
