Assistant Director of Development & Training

Advanced Sports & Family Chiropractic & Acupuncture (ASFCA) is looking for a motivated, energetic leader to join our growing team!

With soon to be 9 clinic locations throughout the Kansas City metro, we’re looking for someone who loves developing people, improving systems, training teams, and helping others succeed.

This is NOT a desk job. This is a hands-on, training, showing by example, multi-location leadership position. You’ll travel between our clinics and typically work in 1 or 2 different locations each day, helping our managers, staff and even doctors perform at their best.

Responsibilities include:
• Training and onboarding team members
• Coaching and developing staff and future leaders
• Improving clinic systems, consistency, and performance
• Helping develop and implement SOPs and training programs
• Supporting managers and clinic teams
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and staff transitions
• Identifying opportunities for improvement throughout our locations

We’re looking for someone who is positive, organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable coaching and holding people accountable.

People, management, training, healthcare, chiropractic or multi-location leadership experience is preferred.

🚗 Reliable personal transportation and regular travel throughout the Kansas City metro are required.
