Pay special attention to your posture and incorporate stretching into your daily routine. Remember that light preventive chiropractic care can help correct posture, reducing the frequency and severity of migraines.

What lifestyle factors may be contributing to or triggering your migraines? Things like food sensitivity, environmental toxins, sleep, and stress levels can lead to a painful migraine headache. At ASFCA, we work with patients to identify potential food and environmental triggers every day; sometimes, it’s as simple as targeting a specific food you may be eating regularly, or perhaps it’s an additive or preservative that could be a trigger. We also help patients identify environmental triggers, such as mold, air quality, and lighting.
Lastly, How Much Water Are You Drinking on a Daily Basis?
We recommend that patients drink at least half of their body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be consuming at least 75 to 150 ounces of water per day.
