Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Denton has always had a deep connection to her community and an active lifestyle. Growing up, sports played a major role in her life, but with that came a series of sports-related injuries. She also struggled with recurring headaches that affected her daily life and well-being. It wasn’t until Dr. Denton discovered chiropractic care that she experienced real, lasting relief, and this personal transformation ignited her passion for chiropractic and to helping others experience the same natural healing process.

Dr. Denton graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness from Park University in Parkville Missouri, where she laid a strong foundation in health, movement, and prevention. She then pursued her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Cleveland University–Kansas City, where she furthered her knowledge in function and the ability to deliver the chiropractic adjustment, graduating cum laude in December 2024. Her approach to care is rooted in the belief that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when supported through chiropractic care. Dr. Denton is committed to providing gentle, patient specific care to help her patients find relief, restore function, and regain the ability to enjoy the activities they love.

Outside of practice, Dr. Denton is passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys camping, fishing, lake days and spending time with her Blue Heeler, Oakley. Her love for nature aligns with her philosophy on health; simple, balanced, and natural.
